Which payment methods do you accept?
The methods available for your country are shown at checkout before you pay. Card payments are handled by our payment provider over an encrypted connection; we never store full card numbers.
In which currency am I charged?
All prices and the checkout total are in [USD]. Your bank may apply its own conversion rate if your account is in another currency.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as quickly as possible. While the order is still being prepared we can usually change or cancel it; once it has shipped, the Refund and Exchange Policy applies.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared in [1-2] business days, then delivery takes [3-7] business days domestically and [7-21] business days internationally. Full details are in the Shipping Policy.
How do I follow my parcel?
Use the Track your order page with your order number and billing email, or the tracking link in your shipping email.
Returns
Can I return a supplement I already opened?
Opened supplements cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Unopened, sealed products can be returned within [30] days. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are always replaced or refunded in full.
When do I get my money back?
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and normally appear within [5-10] business days.

Are supplements a replacement for medical care?

Where are the products made?
